technical support department can offer a
full repair and maintenance service for your
recent purchases. Items which develop a
fault within 12 months of purchase
should be returned to the retailer where the
item was purchased for assessment & advice.
Some faults may be covered by the 6
month manufacturers warranty - if you
wish us to resolve problems using the
warranty cover please send the item together
with a copy of your proof of purchase to our
Technical Support Dept using
this service form. Please enclose £3 to
cover postage costs.
Out of warranty repairs - we are be able to offer spares (while
stocks are available) for recent models.
We can provide service and
spares support for items marked 'Made in
China' only. Older models from the brands
are not covered by our service and we are
unable to offer suggestions as to potential
service or spare part sources. |
